Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Home Ranker's website and application (the "Service"), operated by Apex Solutions ("Home Ranker," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What Home Ranker is

Home Ranker is a scoring tool that lets real estate agents ("Agents") track properties and invite their clients ("Customers") to rate and compare them, so Agents can see which homes their clients prefer.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Agents are responsible for the Customer accounts and data they add to their workspace.

3. Subscriptions & billing

• Free Trial — 14 days, no credit card required, limited to 5 properties and 3 customers.
• Pro — $29/month, billed monthly, cancel anytime.
• White Label — $79/month, includes custom branding and a custom subdomain, billed monthly, cancel anytime.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings or the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don't provide partial refunds for unused time except where required by law.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the property listings, photos, ratings, and other content you or your Customers add to the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display it back to you and the Customers you invite, solely to operate the Service. You're responsible for having the rights to any photos or listing details you upload, including MLS or brokerage compliance.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable real estate, fair housing, or advertising regulation.
• Attempt to access another agent's account or data without authorization.
• Upload content you don't have the right to share, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including through excessive automated requests.
• Reverse-engineer or resell the Service without our written permission.

6. White Label & customer-facing workspaces

If you're on the White Label plan and present the Service under your own agency branding, you remain responsible for your relationship with your Customers, including any privacy notices or consents you owe them under applicable law. Home Ranker processes that data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, or that we reasonably believe pose a security or legal risk, with notice where practical.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet every requirement of your brokerage or MLS. Home Ranker is a workflow tool, not a source of real estate, legal, or financial advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Home Ranker and Apex Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify Agents by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
